With the launch of Rescu Prime, Alexa will become the first smart home speaker to integrate with a medical alert app.

If you or someone you love has a nasty fall at home and can’t get to their phone, they can use Alexa to activate the Rescu app and dispatch emergency responders quickly.
Rescu Prime will also enable you to open the app using Siri.

This game-changing new feature won’t be available until the third update to our Rescu Prime subscription, but we couldn’t leave it out of today’s article.
Our team is working hard on an interface that will allow you to access the Rescu app from your Apple Watch, doing away with the need to reach for your phone in a crisis.
